Two 3-hour classes in the comfort of my home, located in Old Hickory. Snacks and a workbook provided.

Birth is deeply personal, so your preparation should be as well! With over a decade of experience, I teach evidence-based birth education with humor, honesty, and a deep respect for the birthing mother.
